Welcome to LAdmins, a staffing and recruiting company born out of an experiment that revolutionized our own small businesses. Our journey began in 2019, when we, two siblings and small business owners, hired our first offshore team members in the finance sector from the Philippines. From a team of two, we rapidly expanded to a team of nine and saw firsthand the transformative power of offshoring.
