We run a tight operation and systematically avoid unnecessary costs. As such our management fee on each off-shored staff members is 150% less than our competition. We’ve made a decision to drastically reduce the “management fee” that all off-shore companies charge because we want to maximize the income each of the team members you choose to work with earns.
Plus, for the sake of transparency, we would rather work with a smaller set of long term and value aligned clients than be chasing revenue at all costs.
